Opening Remarks

Hello Val, today we're going to establish the task management system that we'll use together. This will ensure that whenever you delegate a task to me, we both have visibility on it. This will help us track the progress of the task alongside other tasks. We will also practice delegating a task using this system. Any questions about this?

Athena Philosophy

Having a centralized place for all your tasks will make it easier for both of us to get things done. You can choose how you want to send me tasks, and I'll make sure they're captured on our shared project board. This method saves time and avoids confusion about what's happening with your projects and where to find important information.

Goal of the Session

Our main goal today is to establish a task management framework to receive incoming tasks from you. Having this system in place will eliminate the extra time needed to constantly clarify the status of projects, check in on assigned tasks, ask where items should be created or filed, or search for needed documents and information.

During the Session

We will sync to establish a task intake framework. I have prepared a Trello project board as well as a Notion one. Athena recommends using an Asana project board, Which do you prefer for us to use? It would be simpler to integrate me to your Trello since you are already using it. I currently have a free trial of Trello.

You will then try delegating your first task live and make sure it shows up where you'd expect it to be. We'll need to configure my access to your Trello workspace, so this delegation can take place through Trello.

Session Complete

By the end of our session, you should have successfully delegated a task and I should have acknowledged it.

After the Session

After our session, I'll confirm that all incoming tasks will be routed through this process. I'll assume control of the Trello management board.
