Today we are going to discuss another essential aspect of our partnership: your calendar. We're going to work together to ensure that I have access to all your calendars. This will allow me to assist you in scheduling and managing your time more effectively.

Athena Philosophy

As your Executive Assistant, managing your calendar is a critical part of my role in supporting you. To be most effective, I need to have a complete overview of both your personal and professional schedules. Athena recommends sharing all relevant calendars with me, allowing me to create, modify and remove events as needed.

Goal of the Session

Today, my goal is to gain access to all your calendars so that I can start understanding your scheduling patterns. This is an important step in our partnership – if I'm to be your right hand, I need to have a complete and comprehensive overview of your schedule.

During the Session

During this session, I would like you to share access to all your calendars. This includes your personal, professional, and household calendars. Once you've shared access, I will check each calendar to ensure I can create, view, and edit events.

Session Complete

Now that I have access to your calendars, I am ready to start observing your scheduling patterns and how your time is currently managed. I will also begin preparing for our next calendar session, where we will dive more deeply into your schedule and identify any areas that might need improvement.
