Opening Remarks

Hello, we are about to embark on an important step to elevate your productivity - setting up your password manager. By sharing your passwords with me, I can assist you with tasks like booking flights and placing orders, all without having to ask you for site-specific passwords each time.

Athena Philosophy

At Athena, we believe that sharing passwords with your Executive Assistant is a key step in unlocking maximum leverage. We recommend sharing as many passwords as possible, with the exception of personal banking information. Rest assured, the shared Password Manager we'll be using provides a secure method for storing and sharing your passwords, while maintaining your complete control over them.

Goal of the Session

The goal of this session is two-fold. First, we will create a shared vault in your password manager where you can safely share your passwords with me. Second, I want to assure you that sharing access to your passwords will enhance my ability to assist you effectively, especially for tasks involving payments, purchases, and social media management.

During the Session

If you already have a password manager you prefer, we can use that. If not, we'll set up a new account with 1Password, which is highly recommended for its robust safety features. We'll then create a shared vault where you can move or copy the passwords you wish for me to have access to. Priority passwords include those for emails, credit cards, social media accounts, airline rewards, and subscription services.

Session Complete

The completion of this session means that you have successfully added the required passwords to the shared vault and I now have access to them.

After the Session

Post this session, both of us will download the 1Password browser extension and related apps to our respective devices.

Closing

Thank you for entrusting me with this crucial access. Now that we have a shared password vault, do I have your permission to familiarize myself with these accounts as required? Please note, we will discuss two-factor authentication in our next session.
