Opening Remarks
I appreciate your time today as we work towards a seamless solution for two-factor authentication (2FA) requests. My intention today is to log in to the priority accounts we established previously, while you approve the 2FA requests in real time. This will allow us to establish a system that won't require me to interrupt you every time I need to log in to a secure site.
Athena Philosophy
Your time is valuable and it's my job to help you use it efficiently. In order to do this, I need to be able to access your tools without interrupting you for a six-digit code during your important day-to-day activities. To make this process more efficient, I suggest we find a platform where I can access your codes myself. Other clients have successfully used solutions like Authy, Google Voice, or iMessage for this purpose.
Goal of the Session
During the Session
I will log in to all accounts contained in the Shared Vault using 1Password. You will be ready to approve any 2FA authentication requests that may be generated on your device. Together, we will decide on the best method for future 2FA requests so as not to interrupt you. Once we have made a decision, I will configure the chosen 2FA method.
Session Complete
By the end of this session, I will have logged in to your priority accounts and you will have approved any 2FA requests. We will have chosen a system for future logins and configured the secondary method.
After the Session
I will maintain the password manager and keep it up-to-date, adding new passwords to 1Password for any new accounts you create. I won't need to notify you if I'm simply adding new passwords.
